What We Collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo. We use this to create your Nailhouse account.

We also store data you create in the app: your catalog items, collections, drawers, swatch photos, notes, and stock status.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the Nailhouse app experience — managing your nail polish catalog, matching colors, and tracking restocks. We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (hosted on AWS). Swatch photos are stored in Supabase Storage. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.

Image Moderation

When you upload a swatch photo, it is sent to an AI service (Anthropic Claude) for a one-time safety check to ensure the image does not contain inappropriate content. The image is not stored by the AI service.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Google — authentication (sign-in)
  • Supabase — database and file storage
  • Vercel — hosting
  • Anthropic — image moderation
  • Resend — transactional email

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your data is only shared with the service providers listed above as necessary to operate the app.

Your Rights

You can export your catalog data as a CSV from the Profile page at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data from the Profile page. If you have questions, contact us at me@nailhouse.app.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email.
