By using Nailhouse ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Nailhouse is a nail polish catalog management tool. It allows you to organize your collection, track stock, match colors, and discover products. The app is provided "as is" and we may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your access code with unauthorized users.
You retain ownership of any content you upload (swatch photos, notes, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a license to store and display it within the app. You agree not to upload content that is hateful, illegal, or violates the rights of others.
Uploaded images are automatically screened for inappropriate content. Images flagged as unsafe will be rejected. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
Product information (names, images, prices, availability) is sourced from third-party retailers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Prices and availability may differ from what is shown on the retailer's website.
The app may link to third-party retailer websites for purchasing products. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party sites. Purchases are made directly with the retailer.
Nailhouse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or inaccurate product information.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
