I typically respond within 1–3 business days (Pacific Time).

Common questions

  • How do I delete my account? Open the app → Profile → Danger Zone → Delete account. This permanently removes your catalog, collections, and swatches. They cannot be recovered.
  • Can I export my catalog? Yes! Profile → Data → Export catalog. You'll get a CSV of everything you've saved.
  • I'm not receiving emails from Nailhouse. Check your spam folder and add me@nailhouse.app to your contacts.
  • Can I request a feature or report a bug? Yes! Text, email, or drop a note in our Discord. Details and screenshots help a ton.
  • Can I request certain brands be added to NailHouse? Yes! Email me at me@nailhouse.app to request certain brands be added.
  • Are there any discounts for nail students? We are not doing discounts at this time.
